1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and your delivery address. Available shipping options include:
Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days)
Two-Day Shipping (For eligible products, Estimated delivery: 2 business days)
4. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Perfect Media is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors (weather, natural disasters, etc.). Typically, the following shipping times apply:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days (for eligible products)
Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain remote areas may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Perfect Media occasionally offers free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly outlined on our website during checkout or as part of specific promotions.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer an appropriate solution (refund, replacement, etc.).
9. Address Changes
